Todays workout was pretty solid. I hit 315(a 15lb PR) on my GM's. As for my deadlifting, ive noticed that my weak link is my grip. I have only been directly training my grip for about 3 weeks though, doing plate pinching, board walking, and static bar holds. What would you guys recommend to improve my crushing grip(i believe thats the DL grip)? I tried doing the static holds for that today, and I really need to improve in this area. I also need to get off my ass and buy some damn chalk, b/c my bar gets sweaty and the best i can do is wipe it off and lift.
