PP Ultimate Lean Muscle Stack Updates...

Hey guys,

This was day 2 on the stack, missed a workout due to having to fill in at work for a 12 hours work day, but everything has been taken on schedule. Diet has been clean and Im ready to start blasting big time when the new Lipoflame gets here in the next day or two.

I was just wondering how thigns are going for you guys and Im hoping we can get more user feedback in here.

Post up your feelings, suggestions, complaints, or anything about the stack and how its going for you, in here.

PS: Im using DERMA/PHYTO/ENDOAMP/CLA (first 4 weeks) & SUSTAIN/PHYTO/CLA/TOCO8 (last 4 weeks). I will also be alternating ECA/Lipoflame and RAW MCC.
 
Ok well I figure Ill give you guys a quick update.

Im on day 16 of the Ultimate Lean Stack w/ EndoAmp from PP along with Lipoflame/RawMcc from AGX.

I am attempting a body comp shift for summer league basketball season so my cals a cut back a little bit but the protein is high.

My lifts have gone up slightly, I am getting more vascular, face is leaning out, endurance is up, and recovery is so fast that I feel like Im not lifting at all sometimes. I have dropped about 2 lbs in the last 2 1/2 weeks, while doing 45 mins of cardio per day, 6 days a week. Seeing as I am getting vascular and and leaning out a bit already I can see that things are going the right way so far. Im losing bf while keep weight around the same, thus meaning Im losing fat and adding some LBM.

Im a little worried that my endoamp is going to end a bit prematurely, since It seems to be almost gone 16 days in, but thats not really a big issue, I probably have about 4 days left.

I have been taking in 5ml x2 a day of phytotest as opposed to 4ml x2, just since thats what size spoon it comes with.

Energy is good, mood is good, hopefully things go well over the next 5 1/2 weeks and I can reach closer to my overall goals.

Im around 190lbs, 6'0", 23 years old, 16ish%bf (last check on calipers, self check, could be off lol).

Goals are to not lose too much weight but drop the bf% down. Im not looking to gain 20lbs of solid muscle on this cycle, its to get the bf% around 10% without dropping too much "weight".

I know it might be a little hard to get to 10% in the next 5 1/2 weeks of this stack, but hopefully I can get close.

Im not sure exactly what I should shoot for realistically but as long as my lifts are going UP, my diet is clean, my cardio is in overdrive, Im hoping I can make some progress, and so far it seems to be going alright.

Well I'm doing a cycle of dermacrine and PHYTO and 3 weeks in I'd have to say it's working. I'm now adding 1,4 ad bold to it and see what will happen.

My Dhea levels were low before I started this cycle, so I'm hoping that they are up.

i-FORCE nutrition is working for you.
