Just got my 1-T in today, never used any PP products. Where's the best place to spray and how close to your body to you spray it?

You may have recieved a color printed instruction card that explains this. Use the pump, not the sprayer.
I assume it is just like dermacrine as far as the application technique goes. Put 4-5 pumps on your upper arms, shoulders and chest.

Nope didn't find any instructions except on the back. LOL. I thought this was supposed to be like a spray on or something and I shot the first pump onto my left shoulder and it came out like lotion. So you just pump it out and rub it in with your hands?

Yes a pump and spread repeat for all 4 pumps. I put it on upper arms chest and as much as the top back I can reach.
lol, yeah it's a lotion type substance.
The new design of the can itself is a bit ambiguous as to application unless you've used it before.

Hah yah. Well, 3 weeks monster bridging into 3 weeks 1-T. I'm stolked and feel good and ill let everyone know my results when its all done.
Yeah, a full 5 pump 1-T dose should cover the entire upper body from neck to waist.
