powerlifting cycle

I am a experienced powerlifter. i have did a few cycles and now its finally time to get serious. I am 24 6'0" tall and weigh in at around 350. I bench press raw about 450 my weakest lift i dl 750 and squat my pr is 875 all raw not even a belt or knee wraps. I have been lifting for 12 years my dad and my bro were both fairly big time powerlifters in there time i think my brother still holds a record or two. here is my cycle

my macro is 50 30 20 i take in 4500 calories will bump that to around 7000 near a competition and while on a try and keep it around 6000 so not to gain fat.


1-20---750mg test c a week
1-12---400mg tren e a week
then 20 mg dbol preworkout
forma for estrogen and prolactin control

pct
clomid 40 40 20 20
forma until i feel back to normal
recycle
d-pol
bcaa 60grams a day + my daily protien intake
creatine
beta alanine

looking to put 60-70 pounds on my bp and leaning out a little and maybe even trying to go for a raw squat record or something :evil: over all just getting monster size and idc about my weight i am a shw powerlifter i dont want to look pretty i feel sick when i lean out that much...
 
12 weeks is too long for tren, cut it back to 8 weeks and bump dbol to 35mg/day. Also look to add in unleashed/Post Cycle into pct and you should be good to do. You plan on running hcg at all during cycle and into pct? I normally run it to help with shut down and keep my boys running, start it around week 3 and run it through week 3 or 4 of your pct.

Also 20 weeks seems pretty long...I know some people like to run that long but damn. Also, you are 350lbs! That's monsterous!!! I know you are a powerlifter but do you know what your bodyfat % roughly is? I am just concerned with being so damn large already there could be serious health concerns when dealing with AAS, especially at higher doses and duration.

You also say you have done a few cycles before...how many is a few? Tren is a harsh compound man, many really experienced users haven't dabbled in it for various reasons, much respect needs to be given with tren.

Not trying to be an ass, just want to make sure health is being monitored and you don't damage yourself. At the end of the day you are going to do what you want to do, all we can do is make suggestions and try to help.

I have ran tren by itslelf for 8 weeks i love tren it does not have any bad side effects with me i even have better libido with it. I am very experienced with tren and test. but never did test longer than 16 weeks at 500 mg. and yes i am healthy have my stuff checked often and my body fat is around 20% which is about average for most powerlifters that are shw. and the postcycle unleashed is just not what i want. respect to needto but i tried them and recycle and dpol work better for me. and my family and genes we recover well without hcg to keep them going. i never had any ball shrinkage at all on tren and or test or any prohormone i have did. i have even went to the dr to have them checked while on and all was fine with my count and everything. i have seen guys i work out with run tren and test for long period of time i might drop it back down to ten but i will have to see how it is going when i reach that point.
 
Fair enough if you have a pct that works for you keep to it. Still think 12 weeks is too long for tren though.

I will take that and consideration and talk to my mentors and see what they say man. i might drop it down to 8 weeks i want have to spend as much money and i will time it where i am in my last week of tren when i compete.

jondale you are a beast. From the posts I have read you know your stuff. Hopefully moya will chime in on this he is pretty up to date on the power lifting side of things. Good luck to you bro!
 
So you start lifting at 12 years old?? Thats hardcore.. Also 20 weeks on test is just too much IMO..With that amount of juice 70lb on bench is easily possible if you train for strength.. I know its possible because a friend of mine increased his bench from 275 to 335 in 12 weeks on 600mg test and 40mg dbol..
he did 8 sets of sing rep at 245 (90%MAX) twice a week.. I have tried it myself and it worked really well im already up 20lb on bench in 3 weeks and im natural right now..
This is what you do if you stuck on bench..
warm up with he bar
135lb warm up 8 rep
60% 6 rep
80% 3 rep
85% 1 rep
90% 1 rep of 8 sets
With heavy tricep work, skullcrusher 5x4, and dumbell extension 4x8 on both bench press days..
3min rest each sets..

yes that does promote strength but it also not long enough to solidify your gains in my opinion
 
Solidify your gains? I think you would be able to, the doses are negligible depending on experience, tren will promote lean solid gains aswell as strength and the suspension and dbol may hold a litle water you could keep under control with an a.I
Just an idea anyway thought your main goal was strength.
