What is better for us bodybuilders? I hear this is better i here that is.... but in the end it seems they are the same. THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK!
 
Should only really be drank immediately post-workout to replace glycogen... but they are pretty much the same... sugar, flavor and electrolytes.
 
No, drink Gatorade only. If you look on powerade ingredients it has "high fructose corn syrup" which is absolute shit.

I like powerade better myself. Gatorade has a nasty aftertaste. And what is wrong with frutose syrup anyway? Hmmm?
 
wtf is up with those "10>50" commercials. You don't need low calorie bullshit after a workout. Dumb fuggers. Thats what happens when marketing people make products they dont know anything about.
 
I prefer powerade PWO for the taste and because it has more sugar.

yep good stuff. I quite drinking them after my workouts about a year ago though and honestly havn't noticed any difference.
