powder anavar

I have some powder anavar as you may have guessed from the title. My problem is dividing it up. It is unstable in water but is okay in 95% ethanol solution. Only problem is, said ethanol solution is not available readily in Canada. I have heard Everclear suggested, but it is not sold in Canadian liquor stores. There is the option of capping the shite, but I don't know how to go about doing this so if anyone has info please feel free to share. Thanks.

You could try PEG 300-400 OR some use 151 PROOF RUM.
I would do more research and make caps. easy to do.
