Immediately after lifting, I take:

500 mg ALA; and
100 g dextrose & 30 g whey (strawberry IsoPure) in water.

It tastes great. Problem is, that is in about 16 oz water. Then I take 10 g creatine also in alot of water (20 oz) to suspend. I feel so full of fluid afterward. Any suggestions out there?

Lay on your back and roll around like a beached whal, that's usaully what I have to do until the tummy settles down.
