Posting at work

depends on the software they have, and how intelligent your IT department is. However, it is very possible that they can at least tell the sites that you go to.
 
if your it has half a brain then yes
 
Also look out for the office "tattletale"

I got written up for being on the internet at work cuz someone told on me.....that was proof enuf for them.....

Never mind ever1 else is using for personal use....

Most IT departments in corporations use firewall software that can tell by user what sites they visit and how much data is downloaded from the site. From having viewed logs, internet misusage pops out in a heartbeat. They're not likely to view what you're posting unless they have a packet sniffer on there. Highly unlikelly since that is a lot of work. In any case, be sure to clear you cookies and such every day. Or even a few times a day.
