postal inspection service

My thoughts are opposite of just about everyone here. First of all if I was a postal Inspector and called someone that would mean I am not sending it until I talk to this person in hopes they admit they are waiting to recieve a package from abc company.

Secondly if I was a postal inspector making every effort to get in touch with someone and they did not call back or answer anything that would raise even more suspicion to me of their guilt.

Therefore what I would do is totally clean house as already stated by the Doc like today and now. Your name and adress and obviously your telephone number are already known by them but what is not known by them is if you are the one that orderred whatever it is you had sent to you.

Then I would call the postal inspector like any innocent unsuspecting person would do after all you are innocent. Act all confused as to why the hell a postal inspector would be calling you. Then deny everything write it off as a loss period its gone adios! But at least you A will know and B deplete only a slight amount of suspicion. If they ask you to come in and talk to them say

"you know what you are accusing me SOUNDS like some pretty serious shit and I do not feel comfortable but if you insist I will need to bring a lawyer."

They will say "There is nothing to worry about if you are innocent so you dont need a lawyer.

You say true I would like to believe that BUT sometimes even innocent people have been known to go to jail and even wrongfully end up on death row eventually proving their innocence through DNA but not before spending significant years of their life behind bars.

End of issue

I gets lots of misaddressed mail, we are dealing with the PO remember. It is not a big deal so relax. You were not expecting a package were you :qt: Don't know why anyone would be sending anything to you. Certainly open if you think something is strange about it for my safety (since the jig is up anyway) That is what to say and make sure nothing incriminating around the house and get a new addy.

what happened in his case drr

well he found out the source he ordered from did get busted, he never responded to the inspector and ignored all the calls. He contacted his attorney and his attorney told him not to do anything until they showed up with paperwork or had something solid on him

so nothing ever happened with it. I guess they didn't have enough to get a warrant to open the pack, i dunno.

Obviously they were looking for the bigger fish to fry...this time. He just as easily could have been nailed to a cross if "the man" wanted him. Seriously guys, you can take all the precautions in the world and know exactly what to say in any given situation w/ LE, but they can still lie, fabricate 411, and charge you with whatever they want, whenever they want. Sure you can fight it in court-but how many people have a criminal attorney on retainer for $5000 just because they order $300 worth of gear through the mail 2-3x a yr.???

I certainly don't want to incite any panick, but if you are concerned enough to "clean" your house, and this situation did escalate to a point where evidence collection might become an issue, then your PC could become one highly incriminating piece of evidence, therefore if you have a laptop storage elsewhere is not a problem, a desktop however could present a greater issue. As I said, that would only be if there was a serious escalation.

First of all, Understand this. Postal Inspector is a law enforcment agent. A federal agent. So for those who think it is no big deal, you are dead wrong. Ok, next, they xray the pack, see the vials or whatever, that is probably cause to open the pack without a warrant. Now they have the gear, now they have a reason to arrest you on probably cause. And there you go.

So true-but like most LE agencies they'll try to get you on a few additional charges as well just to build a better case against you to maybe make you look even gultier than you already do. Wrongly addressed package of roids to some avg guy??? It's possible. Wrongly addressed package package of roids to some 300 lb cretinous freak? Highly doubtful. Add to this some used syringes/empty oral roid blister packs in his garbage, wireless phone records to known overseas or domestic roid dealers, and a recent cc statement with a $400 charge to ClandestineAnabolics4Cheap.com??? Even more doubtful.
