AHaha. If you catch it early enough, I think Femara + nolva does the trick, but I will tread lightly when I say usually.

Get some nolvadex in case you feel your nipples getting sensitive or you start developing a bump underneath it. If that concerned, run armidex throughout.

You can take anti estrogens in order to prevent the possibility of getting gyno but if you have a predisposition to getting gyno then you can getting from gear and if bad enough, surgery is the only way to remove the dreaded bitch tits
