On:
Breakfast: 4eggs with 8-12oz chicken or beef
Snack: 50mg protein shake, 30mg protein bar
Lunch: 1/2 lb salad with 2 cans tuna, Enova oil and vinegar
Snack: 50mg protein shake, 30mg protein bar
Snack: 50mg protein shake
Dinner: 1/2 chicken, 1/2 lb salad with 1 or 2 cans tuna, veges
Snack: 8-12 oz chicken
Pre-Bed: 1 bowl raisen bran, lift days - 50mg shake also
7-8am chicken breast(1/2breast) sandwitch w/ protein shake
10-11 i cup of oats & banana & 4 eggwhites
12-1p steak and rice & milk
3-4 2 cans of tuna
7-8 steak and eggs w/ whey protein shake
10-10.30 fiber cereal.
I include fat free milk with all my diet or sometimes orange juice. noooo coke or sodas!
