5x5 on the decline bench with weights.
than I'll do situps on the flat floor
than twists with a broom bhind the back

1 Decline bench, 5x5
2 Decline bench, medicine ball, 2x20-25
3 Flat situps, medicine ball, 2-20-25
4 Standing side bends.
5 Weighed leg lifts

Usually just do one exercise, (1, 2, or 3)
Sometimes I will add a second, (4, or 5)

Twice a week.
 
2-3 sets 10-12 reps:

Weighted knee raises, no hip flexion

Reverse crunch on physioball w/ ankle weights

wood chop w/weight shift -using adjustable cable stack

overhead side bend with dumbells

weighted physioball crunch

Ab wheel rollout with isometric hold

Turn green, run to locker room , puke - blame on bad protein shake
 
Nothing insane I do abs about 4 times a week, with 4 sets of kneeling rope crunches on the cables with 195lbs for 15 reps. Just to keep my core strong.

so that is all you do for your abs, rope crunches??

rope crunches
hanging leg raises
decline med ball
flat leg raises
med ball throws
assited leg throws
