I understand that post workout, your carbs are important as well as protein. I use ISOpure Zero Carb Vanilla. 50grams of protein in 2 scoops...Post workout Ive been mixing it with about 10 ounces of orange juice (tastes like orange creamsicle!) to get my sugar and protein after the gym....Is this alright?
