post workout shake?

I am trying to figure out the best combo of protein, carbs, suppliments...to combine in my post workout shake. I read in mags all these different things to put in but not sure which ones are needed and which are not.

It depends on what your goals are and where you are at now. So we need a little more back ground about you. Height, weight, bodyfat, current diet, training schedual and goals. Regardless most thing nutrition wise are trial and error somethings work great for one person but not for another.
 
Exactly, my PWO shake consists of Isopure Zero Carb with Glut and maybe a TBSP of ANPB (16 oz total). My Fiance's PWO shake; however, is some other brand with a few more carbs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 TBSP ANPB, Glut and Creatine (32 oz). Two totally different goals. Two totally different shakes.
