After I finish a workout or cardio, and I consume 25g of protein, 2.3g/carbs, 25g/fat, do I incorporate that total amount of protein/fat/carbs into my daily sum?

And if I would do that.. it would then be considered a meal?

I'm assuming yes.

Yes, your assumption is correct......

You account for the ratios in your daily intake, and can consider that as a meal.
