Immediately after my workout I take 2 1/2 scoops of waxy maize in the form of PrimaForce CARB-SLAM. I've read that it's a good time to take with the waxy maize, unflavored creatine and amino acid powder. About 15 min to 20 min., (no longer then 20 min) I take my protein shake.
2.5 scoops of carb-slam...300 cal's 75 grams carbs.
Post workout shake....535 cal's, 53 grams protein, 74 grams carbs, 3 grams fat.
That's what I take.
