post workout shake can I use on serious mass?

For my post work out shake is a good idea to use a protein with that many calories and carbs? per serving has 1250 calories and 250 g of carbs and 50 g of protein..
 
It depends on your BF% and your other stats....you might find it better for you to ingest a purely whey protein isolate after your workout.
 
what can i use if i don't have dextrose? I use dymatize protein 23 g per serving and water what else do I need for my post work out shake?
 
You can get shakes with 55 g of protein per serving. Some shakes contain carbs, performance enhancers, glutamine, creatine, etc...

Depending on your goals, you can chose different shakes...
 
well im trying to bulk and i want a good recipe for a post work out shake my post work out shake was just 2 scoops of protein 7 grams of creatine and water
 
Sounds good. I'd add milk (condensed) instead of water. I'd take 5 grams of creatine before workout and 5 grams after. And I'd get a shake that has lots of carbs, and at least 40 grams of protein.
 
so 2 scoops of vanilla protein 50gr of protein some 7 grams of creatine glutamine and some strawberrys and banana will be a good post work out shake?
 
Immediately after my workout I take 2 1/2 scoops of waxy maize in the form of PrimaForce CARB-SLAM. I've read that it's a good time to take with the waxy maize, unflavored creatine and amino acid powder. About 15 min to 20 min., (no longer then 20 min) I take my protein shake.

2.5 scoops of carb-slam...300 cal's 75 grams carbs.
Post workout shake....535 cal's, 53 grams protein, 74 grams carbs, 3 grams fat.


That's what I take.
