Post Workout question?

I've got a good understanding of what I need post workout.
The question is who offers the best post workout drink/shake?
In my searching for post workout drinks/shakes found there's alot choices out there, price isn't as important to me as quality. Any opion/sugestion would be helpful......
 
bro you can make your own get some dextose some whey protien isolate if money is not an issue get some glutamine peptides and some creatine throw 80 grams dex 40 grams whey 5 gram creatine 5-10 grams glut pep slam this down as soon as you can after your workout there are some post workout shakes available but i think there over prices for sugar and protien just my 2 cents
 
Get a decent WPI, dextrose (maltodextrin otional). You'll be saving quite a bit of money. I'd even through some dry oats into your shake as well.
 
Thanks for the tips. I've decided to go with all in powder form:
Whey protine
Carbulin
BCAA
Glutamine
Creatine
Mix correct portions for my PWO drink. Screwed up and got berry whey like chocolate better it all kind of taste like shit but not too bad...
