i work out at about 1030 everynight im trying to bulk so i was wonderin what type of meal i should b eating that late to really put some bulk on, i already drink about 3-4 protine shakes a day and i always have one after workout and b4

You need to eat more real food. I used down protein shakes as my most abundant protein source in the past, but now rely heavily on more real food. I eat eggs at least twice a dat every day, same with chicken if I'm working. Your PW shake should have protein and carbs, taken immediately after your workout. Your first PW whole food meal should be about 1 1/2 hours after that, comprised of a lean protein source (50 grams is good) and another high GI carb, such as white rice or instant oatmeal or something. I tend to keep my carbs at this meal a bit lower than my PW shake carb consumption. Hope this helps.

Are your protein shakes whey or miscellar?
Make a huge difference why is like the sugar of protein. It is absorbed way to quickly to have any effect. I switched from whey to real food and miscellar. Made an enormous difference.

no i eat like crazy too i eat eggs twice a day about 4-5 each time, oats, and chicken breast but i down a protine shake with about eachmeal i hae about 3 a day

PW meal 1, high GI. PW meal 2, low to medium high. The meal befor will increase the GI for the next meal...never forget that. If you eat a super high GI meal at breakfast your nextmeal will also be affected..

take a shake with dextroso PW, r like me, PW I eat mashed potatoes + protein shake. Then 1 hour later rice and 300g meat like chickenbreaset, all low in fat.

My post w/o shake is 5 coups of whey (82 grams of protein) and one full serving of cell-tech which has 75g of sugar ad 10g of creatine and a whole bunch of other stuff. Within an hour I'm eating a meal with lot's of meat and more compex carbs like potatoes or pasta or rice.

I'd limit the carbs in the PW shake. They're really unnecessary anyways, especially before bed. Just make sure you're getting a good amount of protein, both "fast-acting" whey and some slower digesting types like casein. This will help get the protein broken down fast for recovery, and also digest slowly to keep you from going into a highly catabolic state during the night.

80 g of protein is a waste since your body will not be able to absorb it . Also , you don't need to eat 1 hour after your PWS , give it 2 hours . You gotta Eat every 2-3 hours .

It is very important to have simple sugars, and protein immidiately after workout. For you guys having protein only, your not maximizing your gains. Drink a bottle of gatorade (45g carbs) with your protein shake...or add some dextrose etc to refill glycogen stores.
