There has been much discussion about the post workout meal. I am aware of cho/protein/fats and how the % need to be to satisfy the body. My question is---do you eat immed. after a workout to satisfy the glycogen stores and risk a drop in GH or do you wait for an hour so the GH in the body can go back to the norm. This is for a wt lifter that is not on A.S
