Post Workout Iced Tea

Now before you flame me for not putting this on the diet board this is relevant to training, post-training habits that is. Today I had a workout and decided to get a 20 oz Nestea (55 g carb/sugar) I thought it would be a good idea since simple carbs are supposed to be ingested immediately after a workout. Now I did realize not to get a carbonated drink so is Nestea a good post-workout drink that I should make a habbit of?

P.S. I also take in 42 g of protein (5 g glutamine) post workout.

use some creatine-vanadyl sulfate lipoic acid
post workout too!

One pro advised me ( no kidding) to drink 1.5 liter of this simple carb / water / creatine / vanydylsulfate / lipoic acid mix to really hydrate and blow up the cells to allow maximum room and energy for the protein synthesis to follow....

after 30 minuter he drinks an additional proteine and free amino acids shake consisting of
shake consisting of whey / glutamine and BCAA's

This guy spends my yearsalary on supplements and juice BUT he's got the beef to back up his story
