pre workout, whey post muscle milk cookies and cream love that shit
 
Keep fat out of your pwo shake. Dextrose/Maltodextrin and Whey Isolate. I vary the carbohydrate content to the amount of volume of the workout and whatever my current diet consists of, but I always have carbs postworkout for recovery purposes.
