on days that i lift i usually will go on the elliptical for about 20 minutes after i workout. should i wait until i get home to have my shake (usually about 45 minutes to an hour after the cardio) or should i take it immediately after i lift and then do the cardio???? i feel if i drink the shake before i do the cardio it's useless...i also don't want to miss that window to ingest simple sugars and protein. what do you guys think?
