Post-Workout Carbs While Dieting???

Guys, in your opinion, which type of carbs should you take when dieting for a show or want to be in the best shape possible? What is a good source of Carbs post-workout when dieting? Oatmeal & Whey?? White Rice & Whey?? Or the customary Dextrose & Whey?? What do you think???
 
Even if you are cutting you still need Dextrose and Whey post workout, your trying to lose fat, not the hard earned muscle you gained.
 
Im going with complex carbs and whey protein.. I just fear all the sugar from malt/dex for post workout
 
I find that alot of guys that compete, whether it be amateur or pro, do NOT use Dextrose postworkout while dieting. They go the whole food route or use Rice & Whey or Oatmeal & Whey postworkout.
