post work out meal ?

whats the best thing to have after a 45min workout and 20 min run, i mean food wise , im not going out and buying a bucket of sugar , i due have glcerlean whey for protien though

what do you think ?
 
I think I'd like to know what your goals are.

I'm not sure what you meant about the reference to a "bucket of sugar" - but the most common post-workout meal ought to consist of some simple carbs and protein.

An hour or so later you can resume normal eating patterns.
