Post up your HST splits!

I have been doing a lot of reading/research on HST this weekend and am probably going to give it a try in a month or 2. Just interested in seeing what people chose for a split, especially those that went with an alternating A/B type of split. Thanks.

Here is mine, it's not quite HST, but its close. I use some of their concepts. I start at 15's and work my way down.

I go:
Mon A
Tue B
Wed Rest
Thur A
Fri B
Sat Rest
Sun Rest

Workout A is Chest/Back/Tris/Bis
Incline Bench 3 sets
Flat Flye 3 sets
Wide Grip Chin 3 sets
One arm DB row 3 sets
Overhead two hand, single db extension 2 sets
Skull crushers 2 sets
Ez bar preacher 2 sets
DB Hammer curls 2 sets

Workout B
Squats 3 sets
SLDL 2 sets
Standing Calve Raise 2 sets
Seated Calve Raise 2 sets
DB shoulder press 2 sets
DB lateral 2 sets
Bent over lateral 2 sets
DB shrug 2 sets

I am liking it a fair bit so far. Only thing that sucks is doing arms after back and chest because you can't use as much weight as if they were fresh.

Here's mine:

Incline BB
Weighted Pullups
Flat DB
TBar Row
Deadlift
BB Curl
Rear Delt Machine
Hammer Curl
Dips
Side Laterals
Abs

Not really training legs at the moment since they are pretty much as big as I want them, at least for now. I do 1 set during 15s, 2 during the 10s, and 3 during the 5s.

Right now it's:
Deadlifts
Leg Press
Flat Bench
Lat Pulldowns
Military Press
Rear Delt Raises
Shrugs
EZ-bar Curls
Close Grip Bench

Last month it was:
Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Flat Bench
Seated Rows
Military Press
Rear Delt Raises
Shrugs
Preacher Curls
Seated Overhead Tricep Extension

Here's my HST routine. I'm on day 6 of 10s tommorow.

Standing Calves
Flat Bench
Squats
Lat Pulldowns
Incline Bench
Seated Calves
Dumbbell Rows
Military Press
Leg Curls
Bicep Curls
Close Grip Bench
DB Shrugs

squats
DL
Pull Ups
underhand grip row
Inc Db
Flat sb
standing calf raise
shoulder press
rear lat cable
sb push down
rope push down
sb curls
db preacher curl
wrist/4-arm curl
sb shrugs

I am on my 4th HST, right now it looks like this:

Squats
Incline Bench
Close grip chins
Deads (light - can't go heavy with squats & SLDL in the same workout)
military DB press
Dips
Incline BD curls
SLDL
Standing calf raises

If I have enough energy left I then add:

lateral DB raises
Shrugs
front raises
reverse curls
back dips

Then I end it with sit-ups, crunches, and leg raises, 25 reps each. Then I go in the house and drop dead.

I love HST...

Hey there Killah' how goes it Brah!!

Been keeping my HST journal on here for awhile and just started my 5th HST cycle last night. My split and journal can be found here at: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=358362&page=5

Question for ya though? HST is meant as a mass building routine,...how on earth are ya gonna out-power Scotsman in the 1 on 1 harness pull on an HST program? ;)

My friend, this is why I scheduled it for 2007 - gives me plenty of time for eating and putting on the mass so I can pull that skirt-wearing nancy all around the damn parking lot!
