Okay, I just got my forearm operated on a week and a half ago. I am looking to go on a four week recovery/rehab cycle and then from there go on to a contest prep cycle for a couple of contests next year, april, may, june time frame.
Here is the cycle I was thinking of to harden the muscle and promote recovery.
200mg deca/week
200mg eq/week
250mg sust/week
100mg winny eod
eca
Then take two weeks off and then start the contest cycle.
Part of the cycle the deca/eq is a mix I haven't tried yet as I always considered them similar to each other. But since they are different I am going to put them together and see what results.
The recovery cycle listed is for only four weeks and yes, most items won't kick in for 2-3 weeks, but that is what I want, I don't want to suddenly gain strength and over do it with the rehab.
Any other suggestions on the rehab cycle (only other item I could add would be dbol or halo (I would prefer halo for recovery)
