Well it's been 5 days since my surgery. The pain is all gone (didn't have to even crack the bottle of T3's) and the swelling is down a good deal. I still have all the dressings on over the stitches and still have to wait a good week to remove them. The left is still pretty swollen but the right has gone down almost to normal. Both sides are extremely itchy now because they are healing but from what I have been told, thats normal. I am currently taking 50mg/Day of Nolva and 45mg/Day of Var which will continue until I start my next cycle in a couple months. Gonna try and hit the gym back to normal on Monday but will have to lay off chest and shoulders for maybe another week or so depending on how I feel.

Damn! You dont even break cycle for surgery. Now that's some dedication.

Well that is partially true...I was on Cyp and NPP when I heard about my surgery date. My origional date was for April so I had timed my cycle to end just before that, but someone cancelled and bumped me up. I decided to stop the Test-NPP and just hit something mild like Nolva-Var until my next cycle starts.
Ulter, I was gonna hit Legs on monday and gonna try arms tuesday then take wed and thursday off and see how I feel then and see if I can train back friday or not. I can't wait to get these dressings off to see the final results!!

i would like to see before and after pictures, or even pics taken of the stitches and whatnot. im just interested in the whole procedure as i kinda got man-breasts from being a fat bastard during puberty... anyway, y ou should ease yourself back into your workout slowly, sounds like you could fuck yourself up if you injured yourself, sounds rather painful too.

I would give it another week before going to the gym unless you're going to just work legs.
Even with just legs, I would be concerned about the surface tension/pressure on the stiches (you can't work legs without tensing up. It's just impossible) and would stay away that extra week.

Good to hear it all went well

If you are interested in seeing before and after pictures, take a look here. Follow the many links to more photos before / after, if you want to take the time to see many different aspects of gynecomastia and possible solutions.

You're going to have a lot of swelling. I just wonder if you'll be able to see what it will look like that soon.

Swelling and evolution of tissues after gynecomastia depend on the original problem, surgical technique used, skill of your surgeon, aftercare, how you heal, and other factors. The swelling shown on that link is typical for my patients.

Hope this helps,
