Hi guys...
Had the glandular tissue removal surgery done about 1 month ago... Got the compression vest off finally and have been doing some light training to get back into things slowly. Well today I was attempting some chins to see how they would feel, and at the very bottom negative portion of the movement (when hanging to stretch the lats) I felt alot of hard tightness inside along the outer chest. (as if something inside was pulling or tight and being stretched) It wasn't very painful but felt strange so I then stopped and noticed what seemed like two long chords of tissue under the skin (which subtlety protrudes through the skin) when my arm is extended straight upwards and stretched back a bit.
Do you guys think this is just an adhesion from scar tissue that will go away in time? I really hope I did not mess up the healing process in there.....
I have to wait till after New Year's to get a hold of the surgeon because he is on holiday.
Thanks for any advice.
