After the glands are removed is there any chance of it coming back?Especially with strong stuff like Test or Drol,D-Bol?

Yes, because there may be a tiny piece of the gland(s) still in there. If there is that's all that's necessary.

As athlete03 said, if some of the mamory gland is still present it is possible that it can harden creating the infamous lump.

Also keep in mind that removing the entire gland can in some cases cause the nipple to look awkward.

Your indention should go away somewhat. Mine did. The feeling should gradually come back too. It's taking a while for mine to come back, but it's happening slowly but surely.
