Post Deca, any ideas

First off, I would like to thank everyone for their input and help on previous entries. I'm on the 3rd wk of a 6wk cycle of Deca and so far everything is great. I'm looking for ideas on a follow up cycle to assist in hardening/cutting. Diet is in check, doing cardio three times per week in the am, low intensity for 30 min!!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

winny at the end would dry you out and make you look hard.
 
Deca's gonna be in your system for a few weeks after your last shot, so its up to you how long you want to run the winny for.
BTW coming off deca sucks..whats your pct look like ?

I shouldve known when you said you were running deca for just six weeks.
Go to the pct forum on this board and read the stickys.
 
At what dose are you running the deca per week?
How many weeks are you planning on running the deca?
Are you stacking the deca with anything else, like testosterone?

PCT-you need to take things after a cycle to get your body rolling on it's own again as the roids in your system diminish, and to help you maintain the gains you made during your cycle.

6 weeks of deca is not long enough.
 
I had only planned on running Deca for 6 weeks. Should I run it longer? No, I am not stacking with anything else, should I be? I'm running 1.5cc per week. 6'4, 220, 16% bf.
