I've lost an amazing amount of strength (just started clomid, so I've been off for 3 weeks) since I came off. Even more than on my first cycle. My weight on Shoulder, Arms, Chest, shit everything has cut in half. I just started taking a creatine again, because it was giving me the shits real bad so I had to lay off. I was wondering what else everyone takes in the off cycle???
I am currently taking 400grams of Protein. 5,000 calories. And I supplement with Creatine and Glutamine. Any other suggestions? Thanks guys.
