I hope that I am very far from my potential,
I am 175lbs, I platued at 275lbs for a long time, about a month ago, I was getting 275lbs at the top of my bench routine for 2.5 times. This past chest day, I did 275 at my fourth set for 5x. I am maxing at around 315lbs. Whereas, a month ago it was 295Lbs. I know this is not allot of pundage considering the vets that are here, but I have only juiced 2x both Sus only cycles, one for 5 weeks at 250 a week, and one 8 week cycle at 500mg 6 weeks, and 250mg for 2 weeks.
I am 26, decided to try AS after being plateud in my strength and size for 2 years, I am very dedicated, but naturally very small boned. I also like to booze once in a
while. However, with the recent birth of my son, I am far more dedicated and don't drink very often ant more.
