post cycle strength loss and gains?????

Finished up my first cycle almost 2 months ago...did my pct and all is well...only question is...most times you hear horror stories people cycle get huge and lose it all...but the funny thing is...im still getting stronger..just yesterday i benched the most i have ever....4 reps no problem...i dont get it....i was expecting a loss....maybe im just lucky????? i mean im not as big..some of the size is gone....but all the strength and then some is there...which is fine with me.... did 12 weeks of sust and deca....6'3 230lbs
 
for me I stayed with the muscle but I had water weight. as far as strenght goes, yesterday I benched a bit more than I used to while on gear, I'm still in pct though. but think we're lucky. previous cycles I get stonger and stronger and I manage to stayed with it. I guess is key is to stay constant while you're on or off.
 
in my experience when i come off i will only lose some water thats it most all of my gains stay strength,size everything.but i also stay eating clean and never stop lifting.and the proper pct is a must
 
i go hcg 500iu 2 tmes a week entire cycle 10mg nolva entire cycle and pct
a-dex .5 eod entire cycle.then clomid 3 weeks after last shot depending on what kind of test i run but usally 3 weeks clomid 300mg day1 100mg 10 days
50mg 10 days.
 
Oh I see, I use 250 iu's of hcg the last three weeks of my cycle and I run nolva 20mg along with it too. then after my last shot of test per say enathate I wait 10 days then start clomid at 50mg and 40 of nolva for my whole pct which is three weeks right. so the reason I don't run the clomid at high doses i get the "sensitive sides" I can't watch a depressive movie with gf because I get like her. can you belive it? that's fucked up. Now I do it like this so I won't get sentimental and shit like that. that really sucks for me dude. right?
 
i do also get the sensitive sides but i dont care that much so i am a little bitch for a couple of weeks it better than crashing hu. ya my pct is usally 3 weeks in length.so do you run hcg also durning your pct or just in the last 3 weeks of your cycle.
 
i think the reason a lot of guys loose a lot of their gains is bc they dont have the drive to go workout anymore... i know i live to workout when i am on gear but after i get off i just dont have the drive anymore

I usually run it 3 week of my cycle, some time ago I got athrophy at the 4th week with deca so I had to run it all the way through. this cycle that i'm coming out of i did 500 of test and 400 of eq for 20 weeks and no atrophy what so ever. that's weird huh? I've read a lot of hcg and I've heard and read that you don't supposed to use it for pct. when got my results back of test, it came back at 255ng and at that lab the ranges were different from the previous lab that I used to get my lab work done as far as testosterone levels. anyways their ranges were 100ng to 500ng so I was kind of normal levels but on the previous one their ranges were 500 to 1200ng for normal levels. what do you think bro.
 
to be honest i am not sure what my t levels were on my last blood work.
but i think dont quote me but i think its like 500 -1000 for normal
