Post Cycle Rituals (must Keep Weight)

Anyone have any solid post cycle..... cycles? Not AS just supplements.

I'm thinking like:
acetabolan-II
tribulus
creatine
massive amounts of glutamine
HMB(Is it worth it?)

And anything else you can think of.
Also should I be training hard, not training, medium training etc....

You hear so much. Please don't respond unless you have some experience with this and have kept some serious poundage.

Anyways off to do some research on the subject. HELP me out.

I heard HMB is not even worth taking, but that's just what I heard. I can't remember exactly what I heard, but they said that it's equal to taking extra of something else, of course again I can't recall.
 
clenbuterol
clomid
glutamine 20-40grams
creatine 10-20grams

HMB is a waste of money. It may be slightly affective, but for the price it is not worth it.
 
Dump the HMB. The creatine will do enough to combat the elevated cortisol levels. I know you said no AS, but you better get yourself some clomids. Trib might do the trick, but it'd be way to expensive with the amounts you'd need to be taking. Cut the training to a medium pace. Keep it heavy, just cut back a little on the volume. Definitely use glutamine also. Keep the creatine at least 20g ED. I used to go higher but it reaked havoc on my water equilibrium. I was taking 30g and it totally killed my workouts and cotton mouth was a bitch. 20g would be fine. (I'm about 220lbs, cut it down if your weight is sginificantly lower than this).

Hey Mike80, why are suggestin clen at the end of a cycle. No flame here, just curious.
 
Perhaps 20gr of Glutamine but this will do nothing for your catabolism

clen has great fat burning properties as well as anti-catabolic prperties. It will help decrease cortisol.
 
After i finished my first cycle of Sust 500 (weeks 1-10) and winny 50mg*5 days a week (weeks 9-12) i gained 31 lb. Went from 220 to 251. After i came off i used clen/eca; clomid; creatin, l-glutamine. I kept about 25 lb of it. Probably kept all muscle cause i look leaner now and my face isn't bloated. Hope this helps and good luck
