Post Cycle Recovery...

Hey bros...do you guys recommend Nolva or Clomid to use for post cycle recovery?...and what dosage/length of time is best?

I start Clomid 2 weeks after my last shot (of Test Enan).

It looks like this no matter when I start it though:

Clomid Dosage:
Day 1 - 300mg
Days 2-10 - 100mg/day
Days 11-21 - 50mg/day

both and hcg... you can either run hcg the last 3 weeks of the cycle or first 3 weeks after... some say one if better than the other... then run the nolva and clomid for 4-5 weeks. clomid at 50 mgs.. and nolva at 20 mgs

I've never ran HCG, and don't intend to until I have any sort of problems/issues.

Then again I've never had over a 12 week cycle before.
