Post Cycle Recovery Question

ok guys i have searched the board and read many complicated different post cycle recovery methods that people use. i need to know what would be considered a basic solid post recovery that would be used with stuff that i can pick up in mexico. I did a clomid 300 mg day 1, 50 mg day 2-13, and 25 mg day 14-21 on my last post cycle. it seemed like it still did not work all that well for my sex drive was totally nothing for about 6 weeks. please help me here!

The basic recovery schedule around here is:

Clomid Day 1 300 mg, Days 2-11 100 mg, Days 12-21 50 mg

If Deca is used extend the 50 mg to 28 days......
