Well . . maybe it's just the lighting, but your pretty cut as it is.

I just don't see any reason for you to worry about it.

As long as your gaining more muscle than fat you'll look more cut,

even on a bulking cycle. I don't see that much fat on you. If you just

went ahead and bulked you'd get more cut. Plus the added muscle

would look good.

Cool, thanks bro. So you think by stacking on more bulk, and even though with that comes a bit for fat, it will still looked nicely diced?

I just don't want to be too heavy and have that aweful bloated look. My face is nice and trim down right now but mid cycle it was a bit puffy.

Yeah but it will be tough to get your abs to look good. The rest of your body wont lose much definition from a bulk because the increase in muscle offsets the small amount of fat added. Except on/around the abs, you wont put on nearly as much abdominal muscle as you will put on abdominal fat. I see a lot of jacked guys who have flabby abs, its because they always bulk on cycles.

i like your original idea. CUT BABY! 12 weeks of hard dieting vs. 12 more weeks of bulking and there is no question which would make you look better. You're definitely big and have good musculature and you're certainly not fat but i would disagree with the poster that said you were already pretty cut. I'd put you at about 14 - 15% (maybe a tad lower) and at 10% you'd look fucking great! Nice, nice job on your last bulk bro, you got some good gains, especially for a taller guy.

Of course it will. Looking cut is more of a fat to muscle ratio than a percentage of fat alone.

Someone could be at a low amount of body fat but if they have no muscle, they won't look very cut.

i'd just wait then. I know summer is coming on and your probably going to

want to be ripped for some type of vacation. Just wait for now. After summer though . .

oh man! U sunuvabitch. I wasn't expecting that. But I get your point. But going on bluetwistedsteel's advice and being that its summer... I think I'll stick with the cut and then after this summer I'll throw balls to the wall and go for a monster bulk.

Bluesteel, I will get down to under 10% in 4 weeks with this sick cutter... and stay around 225lbs. That gives me a sweet goal.

if i were you at your point in the game....it'd be test prop, winstrol, proviron, and igf and do mini carb-up on days at the beach/pool/boat etc....that is what i am doing and after being low carb and low cal i carb load the day before and take some dandelion root for water loss, and feel phenomenal.....fuck the bulking.....keep it clean and use targeted cheat meals to keep growing while staying lean.

I was taking about 1 gram of week TEST-E.
I did about 6 weeks of 75mg ed of TREN ACE.
I did a 5 week run of Var at 80mg ed and a 4 week run at the end with stanz. All in all about 11 weeks of gear.

yo VFreak, thats an interesting stack and pretty much exactly what I'm about to run minus the IGF. My cutter is similar except I'm gonna use SUS instead of Prop but defintely use the prov and stanz. Never tried IGF.
Possibly ad a bit of albuterol (not sure). Either way I want to get super striated and vascular and get down in low single digit BF% for sure.

exactly bro, I like your point. The scale is obnoxius. I really don't give a shit about my weight. Its about the mirror, leaness, strength and libido that count for me.

krbn08 and Mac173 think I should bulk more. Everyone's different. I prefer leaness. I hate holding this much water. I'd rather be super dry and shredded.

Bulking for me is mostly in the diet. I coud run the same cycle and get super dry if I changed my diet. I ate 8 meals per day and kept it high protein, high carb, medium fat.

wow, 6.6". Thats awsome height. Its tough for tall guys to fill out unless your some NFL genetic freak. So thanks for the compliment. I've always been a lean guy. Always had a high metabolism so this weight was tough for me. Its taken me years.

If those nicely shaped muscles of yours blow up on a growth cycle, you'll look huge, and your skin will appear tighter, giving you the appearance of being more cut, with more size.

For me, it's a no brainer, bang some size on, but keep the diet clinically clean.

Great work fella! should be proud of yourself.

Alright!! I'm gonna keep caloric intake about the same but just carb deplete a bit, stick with the cut cycle until my vaca 4 weeks away. When I come back, I'll start the BULK and see where it takes me in 15 weeks.

hulk, you look pretty big right now, what would you say you BF is at right now? what are you planning to run for you cutter? I remember seeing that picture you posted a couple of months ago after you did that albuterol with your cutter, you were a ripped mother in that pic. I say cut, then bulk up towards the end of summer.. anyway, you look good...

ironclaw, I'm prob over 10% BF but < 13%. Not sure. But I've just started by cutting diet 2 days ago. Just had to do it. Holding too much water in my back, quads, glutes and abs. My GF told me my ass looks like 2 balloons... lol!

The albuterol was insane. That stuff got my mid section so dry and tight, truly incredible. I think another 2 to 3 week run of that would be awesome but I'm trying to stay off beta-agonists. Its not good to have heart palpitations for too long.

I agree. Cut then bulk. At least for my planned vaca. I had to make a decision this weekend. I've made up my mind on this. I'm gonna cut since I'm going on vaca for 3 weeks (in about 4 weeks) and when I come back I will plan a bulker. Till then its cab deplete and cardio. I haven't done much cardio in the last few months. UGH!
 
Ok , but I agree w/the vast majority of posters on this thread that you can cut anytime and you already have low bodyfat now.

If you're holding water , why not drink between 1 and 2 gallons of water?
