I just finished a 12 week deca/test cycle. What I'm wondering is what have you guys used and had good results with to help out with retaining gains, keeping a good mental attitude and for anything else.

I'm talking thing's like natural supps and things like that. You dont need to include clomid, hcg and that sort of stuff. I've already got those things,

please reply.

Definetly take a multivitamin and try some ZMA. Clen has also been proven to help keep gains.
