post-cycle issues.. HELP me guys ..

OK I took my last shot of sust 250 a week ago. I did 250mg every 6 days for 10 weeks. (12 amps) Any way I am already starting to feel a lil bit down, and am not as horny as I have been before. It was 24/7 humpin time on cycle.. now I don't want it as much. So help me guys..

1) I have clomid.. since I did such a small cycle.. should I still wait 3 weeks from the last shot ... or is 2 weeks or even a week and a half more sufficient ? Are there any physical/mental signs I can look for ?

2) Post cycle regimes.. go nuts guys. I am doing creatine and glutamine.. and of course clomid. But as far as lifting goes.. should I take it easy ?? Just go up to 3 sets x 10 reps as opposed to lifting for mass like I did on cycle ?

Sust will be in u system 3 weeks no matter what the dose.
U will waste the clomid if u start too early. As for workouts keep intensity high and diet the same as when on.
 
I would wait 2 1/2 -3 weeks to start your Clomid. L-Glutamine and Creatine are great post cycle as it will help you keep up your weight and strength as well as helping you recover a little faster. Make sure you keep your cals up as most people seem to get depressed post cycle and they start to neglect there diet which is why they lose some of there gains. Also I like to keep the same attitiude in the gym but I always lower the number of sets coming off a cycle cause your body can't recover as fast "off" as you can while "on" Good luck keeping those gains bro

hey guys another thing.. right now i am just using some EAS phosphagen and glutamine fuel from twinlab.... I can get any supplement real cheap straight from the wholesaler. Let me know what ones you think I should get.

What kinda creatine..

what kinda glutamine ?

think "good value" and "good quality"..

p.s. no one dare say celltech .. more sugar then my moms cookies

I went off my first real cycle while on vacation. A mistake. I got a little depressed and the sex drive went kaput. I hated it. I'd start taking clomid now. No good reason not to.
 
Have you thought about using proviron? A lot of people seem to feel a lot better post cycle by using 50mg ed or more, i will be doing this next cycle.
As for diet i would keep it the same as during the cycle as mentioned, but do 1-2 less sets in workouts but at the same intensity.
