can anyone help me out with some dosages?
just came off a 12 week cycle of sustanon 500/wk and 50mg winny ed.

just came off a 12 week cycle of sustanon 500/wk and 50mg winny ed.

I would wait about two weeks after your last Sus injection and then begin with all four of these.

Wk 1 - 100mg Clomid/day + 20-40mg Nolva/day
Wk 2 - 50mg Clomid/day + 20-40mg Nolva/day
Wk 3 - 20mg Nolva/day
Wk 4 - 20mg Nolva/day

Run your tribex and creatine several times per day every day all the way through.

Clomid started 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust. Start with 300mg/Day for the first day of use then 100mg/Day for the next 7 days, for the next week drop the dose down to 50mg/Day and the final week use 50mg/EOD. I would run the Nolvdex at 20mg/EOD through out your PCT. Creatine at 10g's a day through out would help as well.
