Post Cycle Help

I'm finishing up a heavy test cycle and I've gained about 20 solid pounds. Everytime I come off a cycle I lose all my weight but about 5 pounds. I still eat a ton and workout hard. I use clomid and armidex for 5 weeks post cycle and take Trib Fuel, but nothing seems to work.
I have a HCG kit on the way and clomid.
How should I change up my lifting routine while comming off?
Should I stick to core movements like squats, bench, power cleans, and not isolate any one muscle too much? Should I only work out 3 days a week? or should I go balz to the wall like the 5X5 program?
any help?
 
I'm interested in this too. I'm going to be taking a T4/EQ/Dbol cycle with arimidex and clomid. What can I do to keep as much gains as possible? I read about Dbol and clomid post cycle to keep the gains - has anyone tried this and how did it work?

Bros, there is SO much data on this in the site. Do a search on the topics and you will find more than you can handle. Also, see a recent post by Realgains on the topic. To summarize general consensus (I think): reduce training volume a little, obviously max on nutrition and rest, and if clomid hasn't worked well for you in the past then try nolvadex/HCG.
 
Dont screw aroung with timing everything just right. As soon as cycle ends start 100mg clomid/20mg nolvadex/.5mgs liquidex ed for a month. If you want use hcg 2 weeks before cycle ends......galaxy
