I am 5 weeks post course. i have kept nearly all of the strength i gain on the course plus 90% of the weight which is all good.
How do you guys change your training post course?
currently i train to about 90% weight and intensity, sets and reps, as i did on the course. i guess this is wrong because i dont have the added HELP as you can call it
On gear
Chest + biceps
Flat dumbbell press 3 sets 7-8 reps
Incline barbell press 3 sets 7-8 reps
Dumbbell flys 2 sets 12 reps
Ez standing curl 2 sets 7-8 reps
Seated dumbbell curl 1 set 7-8 reps
Hammer curl 1 set 12 reps
Ab workout
in total 65 minute workout. before flat dumbbell press i perform 4 warm up sets
Its the same for all the other body parts
Monday- shoulders + triceps
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Chest + biceps
Saturday- Back + traps
Any input ideas. i dont want to over train. should i tick over until my next course starting April 07
Cheers
