post Anavar??

Hi,
it's been 4 weeks since I came off of Anavar 10-15mg. I am kind of depressed all the time now, loss of strenght, crying for no reason, very irritable. I don't know why also I feel like I am gaining weight and I am so tired.

Doctor switched my synthroid from 200mcg to ARMour 2 grains + synthroid 200mcg...so I jumped up the dosage. I am hypothyroid.

Is it normal? or can I do something to feel better?

thx

It all depends on the individual so to say is post cycle depression normal well is it normal for you? I know you have done more then one cycle so what normaly happends to you? I know post cycle depression is not unheard of niether is a drop in strength. As for being tired all the time that likely has more to do with your thyroid then anything IMO. Is your diet exactly the same as it was when you were on Var? Lossing or gaining weight has more to do with your diet then what you are or are not taking in terms of steroids. In your case it also has to do with you thyroid and the medication perscribed perhaps you need another blood test since starting the new thyroid meds?

thx, yeah I know, I basically jumped up the dosage of thyroid pills, but it takes a while to adjust, so probably my body is juste messed up now. I think im also undereating...Im tracking my calories and i had under 1100cal. so yeah I am working on myself to fix it.

after first cycle I havent had this symptoms. lol

5-HTP is better choice for women St. John's Wort doesn't interact well with birth control. Not sure if she is on the pill or not but just saying in general.

I agree to everything said here. With note that I too get that way post cycle. My hormones are all screwed up and I am an emotional mess. I like to ramp down from a cycle to help eliminate this (or at least lighten the blow). For example if I am doing a 20mg cycle, I would ramp down to 10mg for a week, then 5mg. I also find that simply not having the same pump in the gym off cycle gets me a bit down :-(

I found this true after my second cycle. (the first one didn't have any post effect at all)

Even mild cycles surpress the natural production of testosterone in women. I wish I could find the study. I believe it take at least seven weeks before recovery starts.
There has to be a product out there that can effectively help with this... Someone must have an idea.
*I bet one of our sponsors has something. Anyone?
