possible to get crashed hcg?

i bought bac water from a reliable source and tried mixing it with the hcg but the problem is the hcg will not dissolve in the vial. it looks like what crashed gear would resemble. is it contaminated or what? update: it now is cloudy and gray, should i try warming or boiling it to see if it uncrashes?

if you fuck with it too much it will be ruined. it is a peptide, i would dump it at this point

Seems odd. HCG really isn't worth using anyways so I would just get rid of it.
