Possible to add mass while getting a 6 pack??

I was wondering if this is possible???

I am on hydroxycut and yohimburn to help cutting..

I have also been taking cell tech for about 20 days now too. I heard creatine makes u fat and bloat but this stuff seems good i have not bloated or anything.

I also do cardio and my diet is clean.


Looking for suggestions??
 
hydroxycut,yohimburn,and cell-tech are all bullshit.I suggest you get your diet down to a "T",and work your ass off in the gym.Oh yeah start reading up on other supplements legal,or illegal,your choice.It's just that the latter works a million times greater,if used correctlly,and researched!!!!!!!
 
Yeah that cell tech is some amazing stuff. Have u seen what it did to lee priest in eight weeks?

Hydroxycut - Okay - Nothing special (helps with appetite a little, but really as bodybuilders we want agood appetite)

Yohimburn - I like it. But your diet must be inline and it helps to tighten skin and rid yourself of that hard to remove fat in the lower abs and chest for some.

Creatine - Does not make you fat and look bloated. It will hydrate the muscles and make you look more ripped.

Cell-Tech - Contains loads of sugar which will prevent you from cutting and also make you fat and look bloated.

Personal - when bulking I do not worry about my abs. I completely seperate the two. Bulk when you bulk. Cut when you cut.

But if want want to attempt both - Use fina. Although if you do attempt both - you will not fully accomplish either one.

Try this as a cycle:

Weeks 1-10: Eq @ 400mg per week
Weeks 1-10: Fina @ 75mg ED
Weeks 1-4: Anavar @ 40mg ED
Weeks 7-10: Winny @ 50mg ED

This should be enough to give you decent size while still dropping bodyfat. If you want to really turn up the heat, you can also to 3 week alternating cycles of T3 and Clen. Remember, T3 is very catabolic (due to the fact your burning so many more calories), so even though youd be burning alot more fat you'll also be sacrificing some muscle gain. Alternately, you can just drop the T3 and alternate your Clen with ECA.

Sounds like he does not have too many cycle under his belt. T3 should not be recommended.

my sixer was way more abrupt on my last d-bol only cycle.gained 10 lbs,but kept very few afterwards due to no clomid.I was stupid.WAS......
 
I just finished the following cycle:
400mg of T-200 per week, 10 weeks
300mg Tt deca per week, 10 weeks
400mg Tt boldenon per week, 10 weeks
40mg Tt winny tabs per day, weeks 6-12
1mg pumpnpose liquidex eod throughout.
Also 2000mg ALA per day

The first 4 or 5 weeks I ate everything in sight, Burger king included. Trained hard mon.-fri. Took weekends off. The last few weeks I Ate very clean, lots of tuna, chicken breast and PLENTY of water.

During the last few weeks I began intense training on my abdominal section 3 days a week. I also began doing about 20-30minutes of cardio per day ED after workout.

I've done a few mild cycles in the past but am very pleased with my results this time around. Pre cycle stats: 5'10" 170lbs around 14-16% bf. Current stats: 5'10" 187lbs around 7-8%bf and vascular as hell.

So I say yes you can bulk and cut at the same time but it isn't easy and takes serious dedication. And this is the first time I can really say I have a legit 6 pack. Not 2, not 4 but 6.
 
I guess I should have mentioned that i just turned 16 in april and i dont think i want to start to take steriods..


Fina and winny are steriods correct??

I wanted to know if this is possible with legal supplements and hard work?
 
ok without taking roids,all you need at this stage of your life(age wise) is to eat several times a day of healthy food.ie..chicken,tuna,red meat,turkey,veggies,oats,brown rice.Work out as hard as possible while at the gym.Hit cardio3 or 4 times a weeks for about 20-30 min a session.Take multi-vitamins,drink a shit load of water.Other than that,most nutrion products are gimicks(I said most,not all).Stick to this routine and you'll grow like a weed.You'll get out only what you put into your routine!!Did I miss anything guys?
 
so u are saying i should stop the hydroxycut yohimburn and celltech???

i dunno why everyone bashes celltech it works good.

It does have a lot of sugar but i burn it off anyway
 
6 packs are funny things...just like calves and traps..imo. those 3 mucsle groups depend a lot on genetics. a person can be fat like i am in the off season and still have good abs. some people just dont hold fat there. i hold my fat in my arms, legs, and back....but my abs look fine. just depends on the person imo.

Im still not fully around a low body fat, even though I lost 40 lbs.... Eating too much like that when cutting scares me, Although I do want the size. But wouldnt eating like that make me a lil chunky? :D
