Possible prostatitis but only getting one symptom

Started a few days ago where if I lay on my side and squeeze my legs together, I get this extremely sharp pain that travels the length of my penis up to the tip. I was feeling around and noticed that if I put pressure on the spot between my scrotum and anus, I can replicate the pain.

What has me baffled is that urinating and ejaculating do not cause any pain whatsoever. No pain in the thighs or lower abdomen. Just the pain where I described. I have lower back pain but I've had that ever since I was a kid but it has been more pronounce but mainly due to the uncomfortable elementary school style chairs I sit in at school.

Looking for other possibilities before going to doc since my insurance won't kick in for another month

do you have problem urinating? do you feel like you have full bladder yet when you urinate you have no stream? do you have feeling of need to urinate much or often?

if not then you do not have this problem protstate

you may have pinched nerve somewhere so I would suggest you do not lay on your side with your legs together and squeeze or put pressure on your taint so then no pain

get a massage, or do some stretching for lower back and extremities to help this problem if does not work and it persists or get worse then you should see doctor

Well now that particular pain is gone but I have severe constipation now. Waiting for the laxatives to start working lol

Pain is really sharp if I push on my lower abdomen. I also feel this dull throb of pain that feels like it's pushing on my bladder. Don't know if it's related to the constipation or possibly related to the prostate.

I'm only 26 though so are prostate probs even that common at my age?

I would suggest you add some metamucil to your regimine before bed each night
keep your colon healthy

Heh after not reading the box(typical guy not reasing instructions) I took 3 which caused such severe ABD cramps that I induced hemastasis which almost made me go to the ER. Scared the shit out of me until the laxative started working and the pains went away.

Please help me! I have the exact pain you first described when I put my legs togather and apply pressure. Dead on symptoms but I can't seem to find a diagnosis since your account seems to be the only one that truly matches mine. I am sixteen, male and I believe this pain started after masturbation and putting strain on my prostate or something? Honestly I have no idea and I am concerned it could lead to something worse. If you have any idea of how serious this can potentially be or possible treatment it would be much appreciated. ALSO, I have had constipation recently from recreationally taking focalin (similar to adderall) for studying for finals in school. I don't know if it could be related or not. I just really need some clearance because you are the only person I have found who has this haha. Anyone who knows something please help.
