Possible Problem?

I'm 14 days into my Fina only cycle (75mg ed and plan to go 6 weeks) and so far my strength has sky rocketed but I havent put on ANY noticeable size except for fat.

My diet has stayed basically the same except adding an extra small protien meal and an extra protein shake through out the day.

I've tryed to increase my workouts but get a bit sloppy because of being tired and just end of leaving so basically my workouts have stayed the same.


Example of diet:

Meal 1 : 6 Egg Whites, 2 Whole Eggs and 2 slices of whole wheat bread
Meal 2 : Protein Shake
Workout
Post Workout : Protein shake and either some fruit or a carbo drink.
Meal 3 : Chicken breast and rice or baked potatoe
Meal 4 : I usually eat whatever I want for this meal. Caesar salad with a shitload of chicken on top is one of my favorites.. or chicken teryaki.

Workouts look like this

Monday - Bicep/Chest
Tuesday - Legs/Abs
Thursday - Tricep/Shoulder
Friday - Back
 
Kulio don't take this the wrong way but you eat like a girl. I don't know your stats but you need to start stuffin your face if you wan't to put on any size.

my day looks like this
meal 1: 8 whites 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oats pre cook, flax
meal 2: mrp shake w/ flax approx 500 cal
meal 3 2 cans tuna 2 piece bread or 2 chic breasts w/ potato
meal 4 post workout shake 300 cal
meal 5 1 lb meat, broc, potato,
meal 6 snack (cottage cheese, nat pb on rice cake
meal 7 middle of night shake 300 cal

I don't really keep track of calories but I figure I'm eating around 2500 a day. I'm only 5'10 165 12% bf

I know my daily food intake doesn't sound like much but the portions are huge. Meal 3 and 4 are really big.
 
I saw meal 3 and figured 1 chic breast and 1 baker. If I were you I'd start eating every 2-3 hours and when u take a leak in the middle of the night have a shake. Also I don't really see any fat in there. Are you taking flax or natural pb? You definately need some of that. Your breakfast is a little weak. Throw in some oats and some flax too.
 
This leads to my main question.. I'm eating like a girl, yet I'm gaining fat and not seeing any noticable size gains. Before I started this cycle I was eating basically the same except now my protein is a higher. Either the fina is slowing my metabolism down or I'm one of the very few people who bloats up from fina.

My gear is legit as I made it myself and I doubt any vet companies are gonna send me fake shit.

Now that you mention it my fat intake is very low. I'll pick up some flax sometime this week and add it to my breakfast since that area needs some work. Also I'll add some scrambled egg whites before bed for the slow absorbtion protein and see how it goes.
 
Meal 1 - 6 whole eggs
Meal 2 - Protein Shake
Meal 3 - Two cans of tuna
Meal 4 - Protein Shake
Meal 5 - 1/2 LB of beef
Meal 6 - 2-3 chicken breasts with salad
Meal 7 - As much ice cream as I want.

Sometimes I hit McD's up for some 1/4 pounders.

I actually need to slowthe weight gain down..been growing like a damn weed...getting strong too. Don't be afraid to throw in some fats and simple sugars to fuel the glycogen stores and help metabolize the proteins that you are taking.
 
Easy answer,,, I think everyone else covered it. Eat more and something tells me you are loafing in the gym too.
 
Damn I was hoping someone would say "you're only 2 weeks in, don't worry results will show"

lol anyways as for loafing in the gym, that isn't it. I bust my ass 4 days a week in that gym.
