Possible Injury

Has anyone ever had anything like this?

The last 2-3 times I've done chest, I get this weird sore kind of pain in the left sid of myback. With chest I start out with 5 sets of flat bench press and then move on to incline dumbells. By my second set of incline dumbells I have this weird pain in the left side of my back. The incline dumbells seem to agrevate it.

The same seems to happen with dumbell shoulder presses. By my 3rd heavy set today I had this strange freaking pain in the middle of my back.

I did back yesterday and it was fine. Oddly enough the pain kind of goes away between sets (during chest and shoulders) if I stretch my back. It kind of sucks because I've been having to cut my chest and shoulder workouts short... I've been doing the following workout routine since the start of my cycle 4 weeks ago.



Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Back/Biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Chest/Triceps
Sat: Back/Biceps
Sun: Rest

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Legs
Wed: Chest/Triceps
Thur: Back/Biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Sat: Legs
Sun: rest

Repeat...
