lol testo. propo is generally a little painful, but some prod like viromone and farmak are painless

your prob just not used to the feeling of injections yet.
most people start with the glutes first becuase a proper glute shot should be away from the nerves to not cuase pain.
delt is tough one becuase youll have a hard time lifting your arm and doing much if your get alot of swelling.

what till you have a bad quad injection youll be limping for a week
welcome to the world of steroids
what hurts you makes you stronger,

serious though give it a few days if it gets worse and hot feeling you might need to see a doctor but one day is not long enough to be worried yet

If the area is red, discolored or warm to the touch then you should be concerned.

Inj. Tips

Use a 25ga or smaller pin for injects 1" to 1 1/2" long
Locate the target area and stab quickly, pull back on the plunger to aspirate
If the syringe fills with blood...stop....you hit a vein
Reswab, discard syringe and needle and start over
Press firmly on the plunger to inject
Withdraw needle and VIGOROUSLY swab the area
After swabbing, massage vigorously....this will help to reduce muscle soreness

Muscle pain after an injection is VERY common....esp w/ calves, biceps, glutes

Be concerned if pain persists with warm, reddened skin, (purplish bruising is common) any discharge, pus, fever symptoms etc

Keflex, ampicillin, penicillin are common contraindications for infections

thanks man good info.......by the way tho, when u aspirate, and lets say u fill the syringe with blood, before starting over, do u discard the syringe with the test in it?
