Possible infection from injection

Monday, I home-brewed some test-e with 10% BA. I injected 1ml into my delt with a 1 1/2" 22g pin, and it burned like a mother as I expected it to. Afterward, my muscle was quite sore. The pain has been steadily getting worse, turning red, and beginning to swell. Yesteday after work, I took of my long sleeve shirt and found that by bicep was swollen, but not a firm type of swollen. It was jiggly, and my bicep isn't painful. This of course spooked me and I went to the doctor and said this resulted from a B12 injection. He gave me some antibiotics and a shot in my ass. I took my first 2 antibiotics so far (out of 14), and I am still worried as it is quite red/warm/jiggly. Has anyone had this experience before? Also, when I sleep the swelling seems to disperse, and when I spend time standing up, the swelling collects at the bottom of my bicep which seems to me like there is fluid present. yeah bro did you disinfect the area before you injected? if you did it's probably a bad batch you did something wrong. As long as you went to the doctor i'm sure he'll take care of you and you'll be fine bro.

i really wouldn't fuck with it anymore, it's gonna get inflamed and painful if it's an infection. just let the antibiotics take their course.
